That is the best, absolute best, funny weather headline referencing Russian lit ever. By the way, I got back from my road trip to Penn State for the weatherwatchers' conference. Meteorology majors there are called "Weather Weenies." And now I'm an honorary weenie. Also, they are now offering a 3-credit on-line course in meteorology for $750, if anyone out there is serious about being a weenie.</p>
