Where can an unemployed, out-of-shape, 24 year old who still lives with his parents in Jersey go to meet some tall, skinny, hot blonde model types in the city who will except me for who I am?

On the contrary, he can go anywhere and they will "except" him. As in, "I'll go home tonight with anyone except him."
