2004_09_arts110stories.jpg

A great all-star cast is participating in benefit readings this weekend of 110 Stories, a play by New York playwright Sarah Tuft, which uses personal stories recorded in the aftermath of September 11th to reveal personal experiences and truth.

Alec Baldwin, Edie Falco, James Gandolfini, Benjamin Bratt, Neil Patrick Harris, Michael Hayden, Elias Koteas, Mary Stuart Masterson, Chazz Palminteri, Jay O. Sanders, Susan Sarandon, and John Turturro are among those scheduled to appear. The readings will take place at the Public Theatre, Sept. 10-11, with all net proceeds benefiting the Leary Firefighters Foundation, an organization founded by Dennis Leary which has raised $2.5 million to date for the fire departments of Boston, Worcester and New York City and has also distributed over $1.9 million to the families of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on September 11th.

Tickets are $110 each through Telecharge, (212) 239-6200 or online here. Tickets can also be purchased at the Public Theater box office at 425 Lafayette St.
