There's something we left off of our Sell Outs list, because it deserves its very own post.

First because it's FREE and second because it's DAVE CHAPPELLE. Actually, there's a third too, and that is it's a BLOCK PARTY!

Gothamist was just discussing the lack of block parties in this city. We'd imagine nothing better than closing down a street and drinking with friends on stoops. But we digress. Get your free tickets for this uber block party now!

Details: Sat, September 18�@�11:30 AM. A special neighborhood in New York will host the �block party� featuring artists: Kanye West, Mos Def, Common, Talib Kweli, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Dead Prez and The Roots with Dave Chappelle serving as the event�s master of ceremonies.

So we repeat, get your tickets now bitches! (it just never gets old, does it.)

what a shitty concert! I wasn't there and saw the DVD and those bitches sucked. ANd I LOVE hip hop!!!

This was the BEST concert experience EVER!!!! Truly a historical event....Can't wait for the DVD to come out! Lovers of hip hop, if you didn't get to go, buy the DVD. The performances were star quality and the line up just AMAZING.

I had the best time at the Block Party. It was incredible to see all the artist that performed and surprise appearances too. Mos Def was GREAT!! I love to see him do his thang!!! Erykah Badu is my girl. She did her damn thimg too and Jill Scott. The entire show was unbelievible. The energy was in the air. When The Fugees came out "oh my God!", the hole place went crazy. They look great and sound even better. It was wonderful to see them back on the stage together again. I would go to any thing that Dave Chappele does like that again. I had the time of my life. That was the first Big concert I have ever been to, and it was the best thing I did in a very long time. I just want to say thanks to Dave Chappelle for having the Block Party. And to all the artists, you all was on top of the world for me yesterday. Exspecially Mos Def with his sexy self. I love BK my home for ever.

If anyone has a ticket in which they will not be able to use it please send an e-mail. The tickets were sold out but all my facvorite artist will be performing. I know that it is unlikely but it is worth a try.
