If you go out for a walk on Sunday you'll be most comfortable in the muggy conditions wearing light-colored, loose-fitting clothes. Sweat evaporates much faster from microfiber polyester than from cotton. The evaporation will keep you cooler so break out the high tech clothes.

As reported on CapitalWeather Hurricane Frances has come to life in the Atlantic. She is still way out to sea but could become a factor in our weather late next week. The five day forecast for Frances from the National Hurricane Center has her passing north of Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. It is important to note that a five day forecast of hurricane position can easily be several hundred miles off.
