I love how the dog has a badge and an photo ID tag. What would they do if the dog in the ID didn't match the dog wearing the ID?

byt doesnt the question remain...are they using the dogs a week after the initial security clampdown, because they suspect a bomb is already in the building OR is it because they think the extra security still isnt good enough and they need additional measures...

Don't you guys watch Ali G? When he visited the ATF they told him that bomb-sniffing dogs aren't trained for drugs.

somehow i can't really see training dogs for both drug AND bomb duty. "what that fido? there's cocaine in that bag--BOOM!" nah, i don't think so. drug dogs bark, bomb dogs lay down quietly when they smell something.

i wonder if the incidence of cocaine addiction is higher among drug-sniffing drugs than your average dog.

Most investment banks have had bomb dogs in-house since Sept 11. Goldman Sachs has at least a couple for each location.

Add 345 Park to that list - I was greeted in the building's lobby this morning by not one, not two, but three cute little bomb sniffers.
