<description>&lt;p&gt;where is this abandoned prison? 

I live in the area- there were always rumors that it the navy yard  was apart of the &apos;Under Ground Rail Road&apos;. That there are tunnels there that link the Navy Yard to a Nunnery on Willoughby, and then as far as Kings Highway. 

I wonder if any historical society has ever done an audit of the place and the surrounding areas. 

Another point of fact - some where there is a copy in the historic records regarding that this was orginially Indian Tribal Land. It would be great if they get it back.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
