<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ve been eating rambutan since I was a kid, and in Thailand, where rambutans are a dollar a kilo, I assure you that the locals are not &quot;nibbling daintily.&quot;  Just eat it, the seed skin is not a big deal.  I suppose you have to be precious with it when you&apos;re paying almost a dollar per piece.  My favorite rambutan reference is the picture of rambutans on the cover of a Curve record called Pubic Fruit.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
