hahaahahaa... we watched that, puzzled, at dusk on 10th and 45th a few weeks ago. it went on for more than 40-50 police vehicles. finally, an explanation!

I think I might have encountered one in Brooklyn Saturday -- there was a sudden line of police cars flying down Flatbush Avenue. Interesting time/place to pick, because the traffic was so bad. But I guess that's the point.

AHA!!!! A that's what happened on my street yesterday morning. It would be great if they could do that without scaring the fuck out of people. Figures that they wouldn't bother though.
