Man, that's a good question - I could so do me a plate of crawfish right now. I think I'm a go to this pig roast, too - it's only horrifying 'til it meets the taste buds.

Crawfish Boil! Love those roasts (once helped eat a 300 pounder), but nothing says NOLA like a good boil. Any idea where one could find one of those? Hard to do in NYC what with the space required and what not (cayene infused steam is generally not welcomed by one's nieghbors).
