These are all really good options. My current office is windowless, and it makes me cry sometimes. I'm sort of like an animal, in that i like to peer out of the window and watch cars go by.

I feel for you. I remember the days of the dark cave at that office. If you want some full spectrum natural light you can always get a lamp that has fancy bulbs in it to make you feel better. I'm actually surprised you didn't talk about sunlight simulation or sunlight transfer (via fiber optics) which has been proven to make people happier and healther in the workplace. The major place I know of that sells such kit is Verilux, but I'm sure there are others (however those guys are close to you too :P)
