Gothamist: Suspects Arraigned In Harlem Girl's Murder

This boy Parris France was accused initially of killing that girl but later they found that he did not actually do the killing. The smith boy confessed to doing the deed. The boy, Parris France is a loving boy who had a life that made Tyisha's look like Disney World, and still I can say that murder isn't in his heart nor in his will. He did not kill that girl nor did he watch her be murdered. He is guilty of being there and going through the mother's jewelery box. He should be greatly punished for that and for putting himself in that situation. He should not be punished for a murder he knew nothing about until after the fact.

Just to let you know, that school was actually Booker Elementary School, located in the "New Town" neighborhood of Sarasota Florida. New Town is predominantly black and poor neighborhood in Sarasota (an analogy would be that New Town is the Harlem of Sarasota).

I need a media vacation. My first thought after reading the story, even before any sense of pathos or lovingkindness was 'I wonder when they are going to make a Law and Order on this.' Chung chung. Yup: It's about time for a holiday.

When you live that type of livestyle, you're pretty much doomed from the start. We can all thank the neoconservs for writing off the black community. Bush once again has declined an offer to speak at the NAACP convention ,becoming the first President to have that honor for his entire presidency. Why oh why couldn't the hijackers have flown one plane into that little school in Florida...
