It's going to be partly cloudy with a high of...70? Tonight, getting down to...55? Bizarre, but lovely. The last few days have been pretty darn sweaty.

Speaking of, for the first time ever, Gothamist has noticed that her lips get sunburn. Gothamist isn't sure if she's falling apart in my old age, or what, but she's been on the prowl for some good chapstick with SPF.

A quick trip to Ricky's a couple weeks ago led to the purchase of a tube of Miso Pretty lip gloss. (Like Gothamist, you probably read about it one week in New York Magazine and thought, "Mm, cherry is my favorite artificial flavor!" and "What's the name of that 2 Live Crew song again?") After several applications, Gothamist can confirm that it tastes great, but it isn't clingy enough to stay and and really fight the rays.
