I was wondering if anyone has used any of these online life insurance portals like http://www.advantage-quotes.com. I need life insurance, but have the bad image of an "insurance salesman" in my mind all the time. Where did they get this reputation? Is there a forum that I can go to that can point me to a legitamate life insurance company? You may email me. Please do not email me spam!!!

yeah, i actually used to work at one of those low-fat ice cream places... we would pour full fledged cream into the "fat free" mix. a ridiculous number of customers would joke about that seinfeld episode, all "i bet this is like the seinfeld episode and i'm going to start gaining weight" and i would laugh along with them, but it totally was true.
