<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s 68 and dry here, what&apos;s the deal?  

Some days it doesn&apos;t pay to be a meteorologist.  The stationary front is running north-south about five miles west of the city.  You can literally get to tropical weather via NJ Transit this afternoon.  Whoever forecasted highs in the mid-80s for the city had the front just a few miles too far west.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
