The ipod is another amazing piece of kit - it looks great, makes us think less, costs loads and takes Apple one step closer to being the world's future provider of absolutely everything.

Perfect!

In the Garden of Eden mankind was offered an Apple from the tree by the Serpent. Adam took the fruit and so the Devil had man in his hand.

Over centuries man perservered and the Devil was forced to try harder to encourage those not already at war to fall in line.

The serpent tried again with the apple more recently, trying to 'corrupt youth' with the Beatle's and their Apple Corps, but man shrugged off the efforts and moved on...

Now, a few years on, the terminally on-brand serpent is trying again and still focusing on our need to consume. Apple is everywhere and will spread it's branches in to every house, every car, every school and every hospital over the next 5 years.

It might be a coincidence...

Perhaps get an ipod (the iFridge, the iCar), bite the apple, but give a little thought to global domination...

All power to the Beatles. No power to Apple.

Why does he need serveral TERAbytes of music when he leaves the house? Is he terrified that he'll be caught on a desert island for a few years and forced to listen to the same song twice?
