I am the author of the new release 'I Fed an Angel.' I would like to donate a porton of the profits to the homeless. Does anyone have any ideas of websites or news reporters that would help me gain rapid attention.

Sincerely:

Ken Wilson

The Angel fans are superb at 'feeding the hungry' They have donated thousands of flowers, which ended up at childrens hospitals, fed the homeless by the thousand, donated blood to help the sick, donated hundreds of beany babies, later sent to children, etc., these fans HAVE supported Angel but made sure that everything sent to people, bosses, tv bosses HAS then gone on to help others less fortunate! Its unfortunate that the person above didn't check this out before putting pen to paper. Angel fans are devoted and very kind people.

Thanks for the salute to ANGEL.

Just to let you know that one for the largest save ANGEL campaigns is called Angel's Food Drive - http://www.angelsfooddrive.com.

To date the campaign has raised almost $15,000 to feed the homeless and hungry in the city of LA.

You should really take a look at all the charity work ANGEL fans have been engaged in - not just during this campaign, but over the lifetime of the show. We take "helping the helpless" to heart. To bad the network decided to stab us in it.

Check this out: www.angelsfooddrive.com! You might just learn that Angel fans are helping the helpless! Next time Mr. Schneider, get your facts right before publishing it!

The Save Angel campaign has raised thousands of dollars to feed the homeless in Los Angeles. It has been and still is a major part of the campaign. It's a shame that whoever wrote this snippet didn't research that fact before commenting that the energy of the campaign could have been better harnessed by feeding the hungry.

I don't know that the internet would have saved Twin Peaks - it doesn't seem too effective in saving anything now....

Too funny. My first (and only) 'save this show' letter was also to Bob Iger, a seven page screed on the banality of network television and why Twin Peaks would change the world.

Plus, Kyle MacLachlan was pretty hot pre-SATC era.

It's true....well, according to the NY Post:

First Buffy, now Angel. So sad.

yes, next month will be a sad sad time. it's a great show, but it kept changing directions too much to get a foothold. too many flashbacks I think, not enough kick ass on the evil baddies. And always with the big bad apocalypse.

can your master sleuthing help with something? A friend said they heard this morning on of all stations (ugh) Z100 that they are close to signing a deal that would bring a Buffy/Angel TV movie 4 times a year. Any truth to this? Someone give me a link to this potentially neat news?
