Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain. Weather.com says 100% chance, including "thunder" (though, strangely, no accompanying lightning). The showers you may have heard last night as you drifted off to sleep have passed through, but more wetness is due to arrive shortly. A heads-up: rain is also in our forecast for tomorrow. And Thursday.

i love this picture. and i love our little weather preview, with its "FOG" picture. today, i had to run to school, b/c i was late, and i thought of a perfect story for goth weather: do you get wetter if you walk slowly, and get soaked, or run, and hit more water as you charge forward. inquiring minds want to know.
aha! we'll have to look into that. i had an english professor who once said he never got wet because he "danced between the raindrops."
How much do various materials grow in the rain? I feel like my wool pants got three inches longer whereas cotton blends hold up better.
when i walk quickly i can avoid the drops, but at the last moment accidently step into a big puddle right before i have to go in. all that effort in vain.
and yes i would think cotton blends holds better, my sweater was saggin.
