I tried to reach the DEP at the number given in this column, but the number is not in service. The DEP now advertise their number as 311.

you could also go to the parties, get really drunk, and throw up all over their apartment. trust me- you do that three or four times, and they'll stop entertaining altogether.

At my previous building, we shared the courtyard with a townhouse owner who perpetually had loud, late garden parties (despite having more than enough room in their 4-5 story house to host indoors.) After a month or so of this happening all the time, someone awas kind enough to provide a flyer with information on the number for the local precinct, their building number (so you know where to direct the complaint) as well as their phone number (possibly in poor taste.) Still, all of a sudden no more problem.
