<description>&lt;p&gt;I got a call at 34th on the 2/3 platform the other day, and it was clear as day.  Same thing at Bowling Green once.  And that&apos;s despite having a phone that won&apos;t work in my @#*@# apartment.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Ooh, very interesting about weather and cell phone reception.  I wonder how that factored into the city&apos;s cellphone reception survey .  In Hong Kong (and other cities), there is cell reception in train cars.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
