<description>&lt;p&gt;Servals make excellent pets actually; and they&apos;re astonishingly intelligent as well. If you don’t have small children or pet rodents/small animals you&apos;d do well having one.

They&apos;re illegal in Fairfax VA, and I thought they&apos;d be illegal in Long Island as well but I guess I was wrong.

So far as Mr. Yates is concerned I always heard that alligators and crocodiles lived in the NYC sewer system, not apartments in Brooklyn(?).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
