<description>&lt;p&gt;Be glad you don&apos;t have DC&apos;s problem, NYC.  Our manhole covers explode and fly 15 - 20 feet into the air.  Fortunately no person (or dog) down here has been injured or killed by one yet.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
