A Weak Victory at The Garden

Last night, the Knicks posted an ugly overtime win against the Washington Wizards, 114-110. After the victory, there was no magic in the locker room. The Knicks looked nothing like a playoff team, and Coach Lenny Wilkens and GM Isiah Thomas let them know that.

The Knicks, fighting for a playoff spot and playing at home, could barely muster a win against the Wizards, a team that will watch the the post-season on their TV sets. Gothamist hopes the Knicks make the playoffs, but if they keep playing like this, they either wont make it or they'll get bounced out in the first round.

At least there are elephants at The Garden now.

    hahaha

big things because they got Vin Baker? I love how any new acquisition is supposed to help. The guy hasn't done anything close to his abilities in 3-4 seasons.

Oh man, I love watching the Knicks suck . Allan Houston's worth every overpaid dime if that means I get to watch them suck for the rest of his career.

And the Sad thing is that the Knicks are so much better then this. They should'nt have had a problem beating the Wizards . . . they suck. I Expected Big Things from them after they got Vin Baker but if they can only edge out tough wins against the WIZARDS, then might as well give up now.
