I saw the event on the APPLE's site for the Photoblog event, I thought to check it out since it is photo related & computers. I am a professional photograher and I was so very excited to see so many of you are into creative shooting and blogging it. Everyone's photos were fantastic! and I especially liked those who steps out of the boundary and tried some other sorts of geekie photo techniques; such as long exposure, etc. I just wanted to leave a note and say "Thank you" all for showing, sharing and of course, keep effen shooting!! -- Oh, and don't leave the tripod at all! : )

Regards,

Tracy.

My favorite moment: the cute, young, curly-haired Apple Store staff at the top of the stairs, communicates in wordless, universal gestures to her unseen comrade at the base of the stairs, three things:

[keeping the stairway clear]
[snapshot presentation]
[eh, so-so]

Thanks to Jake and Rion for getting this ball rolling and to Jen for cranking the hype machine. Despite the flop-sweat and cotton mouth I had a great time. Looking forward to the next one. There will be a next one, right?

Super event last night. I am inspired. I am a shy freak for not meeting some folks afterwards.

Jake, while your cat is adorable, you've got some great work which you barely mentioned. I think that your love of Thomson goes beyond the normal cat/owner-parent relationship. I am asking you as a friend to seek help. ; )

Great job to all the photobloggers and Jake and Jen for putting together an informative and inspiring evening. All the work was top notch and showed a lot of dedication and creativity by the photographers. I'm sure the reason the Apple store seemed unusually warm was all the energy radiating from all the talent collected on the second floor. Keep up the great work everyone!

Just to clarify, I'm going all Sean Penn on the flash-monkey Jake there, not on the demure and lovely Jen. Slower.net does not condone violence against Gothamist. But the paparazzi - look out.

Thanks to you both, Jen and Jake, for setting up and publicizing a fun (and I hope interesting) event.
