<description>&lt;p&gt;There was an item in Page Six a while back that said the 2nd season of &quot;The Restaurant&quot; would focus on the problems between Rocco and the restaurant&apos;s backers; this lawsuit seems in line with that. 

Barricaded office doors aside, a financial wrangling reality show doesn&apos;t seem all that entertaining to me, but then I don&apos;t find watching people applying for a job entertaining, and look at the success of &quot;The Apprentice.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
