<description>&lt;p&gt;this is like this lamp that they had at a beachhouse my fam used to rent every year for a week on Long Beach Island.  It always shocked you if you touched it anywhere except on the bamboo covering.  How upsetting.

NYC is apparently coordinating some sort of population control here...  Okay, probably not.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
