She is charged with lying/obfuscating and conspiring to lie/obfuscate in unsworn, unrecorded interviews with the FBI. Good luck, prosecutors. She's also charged with fraudulently inflating her own company's stock prices by publicly declaring her innocence in a press release and via her lawyer in an interview with WSJ. Keep in mind that her stock prices dropped after both those things happened. More good luck for prosecutors.</p>
