Studies people need to do: - Why TV episodes/sketch comedy bits go haywire in the last 1/3. Maybe this gets branched off into music and movies as well, but there's a pattern. - The likelihood of the homebuilding industry to create bigger vanities for the competing product.

That episode was South Park-as-SNL: hi-larious for the first 2/3, then a lame ending. Of course, two nights after seeing this, at a dinner with some b-school friends, I was stunned into silence when the frattiest among us started talking about how he had so much "product," he moved to the guest bathroom.
