Louis Barone, aka Lump Lump Barone, who shot another patron at Rao's restaurant right before Christmas will be pleaing that he was insane and angry. Ah, yes, the prosecutors love the insane and angry defense. The 67 year old Barone shot Albert Cicerelli at the Harlem Italian restuarant after Cicerelli first insulted a woman singing at Rao's and then insulted Barone:
Cicerelli: "Oh God. Could someone shut this fing broad up?"Barone told the Post, "The things that were coming out of this guy's mouth - I've never spoken to a man like that," and told the police, "I was really mad at this point. I had blood in my eyes." Barone was carrying a gun because the nation had been elevated to a "high/orange" alert, so we'll wait for the "Homeland Security made me pack some heat which I used when I was angry" defense. But, really, what was Cicerelli doing mouthing off to an old Italian man in an Italian restaurant? For a "made" man, Cicerelli was pretty stupid.
Barone: "Hey, watch your mouth. Mind your manners. You're talking about a lady."
Cicerelli: "F you, I'll f you in the ass and I'll split you in two."

Thou shalt not kill.. unless it's a degenrate wiseass begging for it. If the story is what actually occured I also would've attacked the scumbag.
Isn't that the whole point of being a made man? That you become that rare breed of person who can mouth off to an old Italian man in an Italian restaurant?
Note to self:
#1. Get reservations at Rao's, allowing up to three years to go eat Italian-American comparable to what I've experienced in many other restaurants.
#2. Eat quietly. Speak to no one. Look at no one.
#3. Take a gun in case.....
a. there is an air-born toxic event caused by terrorism.
b. one of Rao's customers is having male PMS.
At least Barone didn't stab him to death with a pen.
Cicerelli sounds like Ralphie from the Soprano's. (A mullet sporting Ralphie)
