I walk through the park past Wollman Rink every morning on my way to work. Sometimes I let the crazies use my cellphone... I am serious, one time this guy was yelling at his wife for like 5 minutes before I finally said "okay, bub, times up I have to get to work now." Weird.

There's a guy I see regularly that sits on a bench by the circle, with a forty, huffing spray paint in broad daylight. Th park feels like anything goes these days. We need more patrols.
