<description>&lt;p&gt;Is Finding Nemo eligible for best picture?  Isn&apos;t there an Oscar category for animated feature these days?  Maybe animations aren&apos;t precluded from competing in the best picture category, but if that&apos;s the case, documentaries shouldn&apos;t logically be barred as well (foreign films are eligible since Crouching Tiger got a nomination if I recall correctly).  Which means that Capturing the Friedmans should definitely be in consideration, as it&apos;s better than most of the fictional features this year.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
