Japanese are total buy-ins to the whole Ghetto-rap-hip-hop image. I think they think it's exotic (maybe for there it is), and so it will sell.

It is a crack up to hear some J-rap group introduce themselves with "Douzo Yoroshiku" (please grant me favor). I am not sure that the ghetto teen of America is going to say, "please grant me favor".
