Britney Does Korea

Forgive Gothamist as we giggle at the sight of Britney wearing a hanbok while promoting In The Zone in South Korea. If we were at the press conference, we would have demanded to know her opinions on Kim Jong Il, kimchee, the best Korean last name (Park, Kim or Lee?), and the future of the won.

Non–Asian world leaders wear traditional Asian jackets. Giggles then, too.

i think she should have done her own take on the look. maybe make the hanbok really small, exposing her stomach and legs. that would have been classy.

and is it me, or does her eye makeup make her look more "asian"?

I dunno, as a Korean man, I think that's pretty hot.

But I wonder how good she is at Starcraft.

i'm sure she is as politically astute as she is a great singer

Man, she loooks like one of them girls at a "Room Salong"... except she's white.

oh brit, good try, but my korean mom still won't approve...peel me some fruit?

'I'm only dressed like this because I plan to rip off your style of music on my next album!'

I see this article title as her new Porno video once her record career goes further in the toilet.

BRITNEY (HEARTS) BI BIM BOP!!!

the color is hurting my eyes.

i think it was successful attempt not to look slutty. she looks real good and the dress compliments her. too much makeup but hey, brit's not a natural lookin babe.

Her Face Was So big!!
And her legs are so short!!

A Korean girl

dam.. you suck brit.. u make my hanbok look bad..

exscuse me? i am korean and i think that britney luks like sum kind of wannabe freek...she is trash...and she is clearly tryin too hard i mean who-in korea-wants to know about her wearin OUR traditional dress?????? NO ONE!!
so she can get lost.

I'm South Korean born, adopted in Australia at three and a chick. WTF is that thing on her head? Does it occur to her that no-one of our age WANTS to be seen in a hanbok? Maybe i should go visit America dressed as Uncle Sam, pointing at random people in the streeting and yelling "We want you," in a slanted korean accent?!
