Seeing this photo of my workplace (Woolworth building) in the snow drives home my gratefulness that I was cocooned at home, and not there, during the storm. Thanks Gothamist!

Not a single flake in the southern Sweden/Copenhagen area as well. I love the Woolworthpicture(s)! And I love the sight of snow. We usually get some around New Year's Eve, but I hope for some to Christmas too...

So jealous! I love the snow, but here in London we hardly ever get any. In February we had 2 inches and everyone went crazy. Bah humbug. It's not Christmas without snow.

Bridgewater New Jersey: 11.5 inches or "up to" 15 inches depending on the source. Columbia University this afternoon looked like at least a foot, but it didn't stop the Japanese Language Placement Test from being held. And the snow didn't stop Ozzie's from serving me a really good BLT.
