Turkey in Turnaround

Considering the pounds of turkey leftover from Thanksgiving meals, the Daily News gives suggestions for what to do with the leftovers. There's a Turkey Cuban sandwich or Turkey Panini, in a nod to the over-panini-ing of our society. But here at the Gothamist test kitchen, we've been lazy to get crazy with our turkey and have stuck to picking at the leftovers, contemplating how out of control having an entire Thanksgiving Dinner Redux would be.
