Gothamist: Did You Graduate High School in '94?

When I went to my High School reunion, there were no celebrities to speak of. (Although the guy who played Cyclops in X-Men graduated a couple years later) The most frequent thing I heard was "I'm working for my wife's dad right now".

I was totally obsessed with the first season of High School Reunion. I couldn't believe that the gross beau hunk was still the ones the girls wanted. Women ARE so stupid. Anyway, I have heart palpitations anytime there are more than four people from my high school in a room (because I like maybe three still).

Don't be too quick to say Stuy. I was part of Hunter's class of '94, and our alums included Dave "Paradise Hotel" Kerpen and Nick "Washington Monthly" Confessore. Granted, that's not much of a built-in celeb factor, but we'll take what we can get.

I watched the first episode from last season's tv premere. It was totally captivating in that "watching a car accident" kind of way. Within half a day of arriving at the house, everyone had reverted to their old high school roles. dorks became dorks again. bullies became bullies again, which seemed to turn on all the ladies. The darwinist social ladder completely reesblished itself. it was so strange and disturbing.

I think the WB should put a 'Battle Royale' spin on this show and make the former classmates fight each other until the last man/woman is standing. That would be a ratings goldmine.
