The first and the last time I flew Song I had horrible experiences -- delays of 5 and 3 hours, respectively. And the cabin colors are just garish. On a positive note, I did have the pleasure of witnessing a fellow passenger order Skittles only to wash them down with a tiny bottle of Champagne.
