Eric Stoltz, Friend of Dogs

The Post does a little free PR for Eric Stoltz and a cute dog in need of a home by telling the tory of Stoltz rescuing the dog and announcing the dog can be adopted. Stoltz lured the dog from an L.A. highway with a Lemon Luna Bar (the nutrition bar for women). Stoltz already has a dog, but has been keeping Chancer; he tells the Post, "He's so eager to please, he learned to sit in a day. Now he's eager to have a home."

Gothamist thinks the Post is riding the Chancer bandwagon in an attempt to rehabilitate its image as illegal-tiger-cub-adopting-and-abandoning folk. But we do hope the dog finds a good home. Email chancerneedsahome@yahoo.com if interested.
