I think those #7 and L candies should only be rare between the hours of 10pm and 5am. And on most weekends, you would be shit outta luck.

the m&m's concept lends itself to a fun little contest whereby the finder of rare 7, L and SIR m&m's win free unlimited monthly metrocards... for life! also the mta should consider allowing seniors age 100+ ride for free all month long...
