Shots in a Brooklyn Apartment

Next time you're lying in bed, pray that your upstairs gun-wielding neighbor decides not to shoot a round into the floor, the way Herbert Livingston's neighbor shot through the floor-ceiling and pierced Livingston's shoulder. Livingston was in bed at 8:17AM with his girlfriend in East Flatbush when he was shot. The Post reports the gunman went downstairs to apologize ("It was an accident. I'm sorry."); Livingston said, "How can I be OK if you just shot me?" The bullet went through Livington's shoulder and out the back.
