When I first started hearing about Daisy May's, I was incredibly peeved about the location: when the hell was I ever going to make it out to 46th and 11th during their abbreviated working hours?
Now, having finally eaten there, I'm really, really glad that they're so far off my usual paths. Because if they were anywhere near my home or office, I would very quickly gain 100 pounds. At least.
This place just isn't that good, its not.
For real.
We live 2 blocks away and we've been unable to find a time when this place is open. One Saturday they actually had a hand-written sign that said "Ran out of food. Be back monday" Can you belive that?!
