Anthony of CityCynic points the way to the best marriage of Legos and television: The four-foot tall Lego Homer, by Sean Kenney, the brilliant mind behind the Lego'd New York, Brick Apple. Kenney details Lego Homer's construction for a Washington D.C. area client. Kenney is also offering a replica of this 3-D Homer for $4500 and, folks, Homer doubles as a beer holder.
The Simpsons official site.
A great Simpsons episode guide.
For those without $4500 to lay out on Legos, a Simpsons Duff beer can key ring.

Looks like the bottle in Homer's hand is something a step up from his standard Duff.
Jen Jen Jen! I am still amazed by this Homerific creation! Thanks for the plug, too. I noticed you didn't mention the amazing NYC-themed Lego creations Sean Kenney has also made, like Greenwich Village and the World Trade Center. Obviously you are blinded by the magnificence of Lego Homer.
Of course, anyone interested can click on over to http://blog.citycynic.com/index.php?p=645 for all the NYC Lego details... :)
We've actually posted about the Brick Apple before, but that was before anyone ever read us and thus might not count.
must...find $4500...maybe in my couch...
wow. I must own it. legos+home=bliss.
WOW! This is a great find. Thank you.
Come on, obviously JAKE posted about the Brick Apple, and then, only the slums. ;)
I just saw MacHomer this week, and it was amazing. Rick Miller does a solo Macbeth, featuring every (and I mean every) Simpsons character you can think of. His voices are dead-on, and it's really damn funny. It's coming soon to various places on the east coast soon. It's worth a special trip, trust me.
As an avid reader of The Gothamist, I jumped out of my SKIN when I saw you'd featured my LEGO Homer Simpson! :) It's a small world. :)
