The Trouble With Hilary (and Her Fans)

Gothamist happened to post something about Hilary Duff's Lizzie McGuire Movie poster and suddenly the comments are now the place for her fans to tell Hilary how much they love her, how beautiful they think she is, how they would like her to call/email/contact them somehow. It's also the place for her detractors are scoff her fans and cause trouble. (Gothamist thinks they find their way here after doing Google searches on Hilary Duff's breasts.) All in all, it's comedy gold, as reader Wesley commented. To wit, here is a typical comment:

It flatters us to no end that the kids think Hilary is reading this site...but as another reader Tyler fretted whether this really is America's youth, Gothamist is worried. Especially since there's a bit of name calling that makes us crazy (it's totally unconstructive name calling - Gothamist has nothing against witty, with-good-reason name calling). We're not sure if we're supposed to get parental on these kids, because God knows we're immature, or if we should just let them get it out of their system. And Hilary, if you're reading this, please let us know what you would like to do about it. Email us!

I think this is absolutely wrong HIlary Duff is a sweet 16 year old just trying to do her best in life! and here I see people lying about her. You don't even know her. I met her and she is very sweet. She isn't trying to show-off, people keep bugging her, give her a break she has it hard enough and I suggest that people get to know her the way I do.
