I thought that this was a very bad movie - way too silly and not very well done. I was very disappointed. I love good humor and can go for something cooky, but this was just bad.

Just did a quick search - since I really liked this movie and wouldn't mind buying it when it came out! It's scheduled release date is November 16 2004. Probably waiting for the holidays!

I've never seen Elf but would like to see it very much. Several people I talked to who saw it loved it!!! Does anyone know when this movie is coming out on DVD or Video? Thank you for reading this.

I loved the Movie it was the best movie I ever saw I thought that there was very good humor and comedy I will defenetly but this movie it is now on one of my top Ten list of movie's If you havent seen this you have no idea what you are missing!!!

i just figured out how to access the trailer and this looks like a great will ferrel film. he plays a human baby raised as one of santa's elves who returns to new york to find his real family. i mean...those yellow tights! phenomenal.

i can't access the link to see the trailer for some reason. do you know if he will play a real elf, or is it one like david sedaris' macy's elf in the santaland diaries?

Oh I desperately hope this is as good as it should be with Ferrell playing an elf.
