Greetings, I have a metrocard that expired on 04/30/05. It has about 14.50 on it, can I get the balance transfer to a new card? or whatever course I should take. Thank you.

On the same day (11/27/03), I sent you a letter indicating that I lost my metrocard. Today (12/6) when I clean my house, I found that my metro card was under my bed. Therefore, I did not use my metro card between 11/27/03-12/06/03. i will tell you. you bend the back middle between the C and the A in the word CARD. Bend right in the center in the black strip. swipe in the turnstiles 3 times. the forth time you should get through if done right.
