i've been trying to break into the lesbian microscene for like 10 years- but no dice. i even asked my girlfriend if she'd be willing to have a lesbian jewish wedding, but the idea was panned.

Everyone suffers from 'microscenes'--gay or straight. Just ask my friendster all of my exes from high school onwards happen to be only one degree out of my immediate circle.

Depends what lesbian microscene you're living in...or if you've actually fallen into a microscene in the first place. I went to college in the mecca of lesbian microscenes...ever since I've sought a variety of friends/relationships. I might not be the most vehament of daters, but I've never run into this problem. I think it has to do with the scene that you seek.
