I can't read the magazines, listen to the radio or watch music television without feeling like I've just come in from outer space. I just don't get it and I probably never did. My lot in life is that every band I've ever been in just falls apart. That hurts but I've got a thick hide from years of conditioning.

As my colleague said when he saw this yesterday, Noveselic never needs to do anything again -- the guy's freakin' rich.
He can write crappy, suicidal poetry for the rest of his life and if it doesn't pass muster he can reassure himself that at least he never sold out.
Dave Grohl in drag is sooo much better than standing through a Sweet 75 show. It was one of the worst experiences in my concert-going life (right behind 4 Non Blondes).
Kris thinks it's better to give up than sell out. For a guy in his financial position, I suppose that's fine. And maybe for the best. There's nothing worse than an artist who shoots for the mainstream after he realizes his DIY ethics aren't gonna send his kids to college.
How upset is Kris that Dave Grohl is so successful in this pimped out way? I kinda imagine Grohl joining a militia. While Dave Grohl is blathering on about how hot Molly Ringwald was on VH1's Icons. Grunge was a punk movement therefore Krist is doing a noble thing by giveing up instead of sellingout meaning he is staying true to his movement trust me i know what punk is i live in a third world country[Dominican Republic]
