<description>&lt;p&gt;Not sure what the space was before, but Tania and I love Jack and Grace.  Jack seems like a natural restaurateur and Grace is always so welcoming, too.  They are beyond cute, I&apos;d hate them if they weren&apos;t so cool and making sure we had nice places to eat.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Next time try the ham and gruyere croissant, they
ll even heat it up. So very good. They could not be nicer in this cafe, it&apos;s around the corner from my apartment and though i&apos;m only in there about once a week, Grace always has a very friendly hello like she recognizes me. I can see it becoming a real neighborhood fixture.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
