Yeah, my friend just got the new Reality Bites soundtrack and it sounds pretty hot. It has 6 new songs on it that the older version didn't have, but my favorite is still "My Sharona," the songs Winona rocked out to in the gas station scene. I'm surprised so many people know about it already, it was just released last week.

I saw where they have released a 10th anniversary edition of reality bites on DVD and on CD. That movie is awesome...hard to believe it's been 10 years already though. Does anyone have the CD yet? They added 6 songs from the movie to it. Just wondering if it was worth buying.

Hi All, I was going to ignore this website, but it became far too full of errors and invictive against each other to ignore. A. There will always be nasty hurtful people in this world. Poeple who can have no self esteem for themselves without harming others. We call them bullies and thugs, and I am currently writing one of my alligorical animal novels based on the worst case of this kind of thinking in the twentieth century. B. I have done a considerable amount of substance abuse counseling (The correct term) over my long life and have seen many lives turned around because of doing it. That gives me deep sense of personal satisfaction. C. Winona did have some problems. Some very bad, some that would have been lethal if she would not have stopped what she was doing. I know what she was using and in what quantities. And some of the people who have written above know of me from another web site. The Winona Ryder Film Page (WRFP) (Look for "Wolf"). She did have other problems also, but many of her problems were deeply exaggerated by the tabloid press. "What! The tabloid press overexaggerate problems for sales! Oh dear God no! Surely you jest!" you all exclaim! No, and don't call me Shirley (Sorry, old joke.) D. Winona did overcome those problems, in fact she has had the best recoverty that I have ever seen in any person who was as deep as she was. Winona only had to make up her own mind to recover from her problems. She did, good for her. E. As mentioned above there are always going to be persons who feel no one should have a second chance. There are always going to be persons who hate others because of their beliefs. Who hate others because of greed or jealousy for what they themselves do not have. Who hate others becuase of who they are, or because of what they believe in. Don't be among them. F. The members of this site can be better than that. Yes Winona had problems, yes she solved them. Do not hate each other, or her, for what are insignificant reasons. There is far too much hatred in this world already.In the middle twentieth century alone it killed over 14 million people in and out of death camps simply because of one peoples belief that others were inferior to them. Winona Ryder as a black widow is a notion I can, and like, to entertain. After all from my POV she could (Expletive deleted) me to death for all I care, if we were spiders (Oooh yeah!). I suppose a lot of those who dated her had their careers go downhill, but I suppose that's what you get from a "career distraction", heh heh. But my opinion of her is still one in the process of figuring out, there's only so much the media WANTS us to know about a celebrity, and so MUCH we have to fill in with our imagination. To me she's a FOX, a free-spirited creature of considerable intelligence and sly playfulness. And with all that bad and good that implies. Someone like that normally needs a steady source of work to pour their creative energy into, otherwise they go bonkers (Which was my opinion of the whole Saks affair.) Johnny Depp is another fox, which was IMHO why they went so well. But I actually doubt she slept with that many, she just "got a lot of pretty pretty boys, that she calls friends", to echo "Hotel California".

Winona Ryder is a fine actress, who in her most famous roles, she played a virgin or at least never won the boy. But this was just a performance, and before Sacks incident lot of people confuse the actress with her roles. Who cares who dates, the important is the quality of her work.

Well, well, another BS column about Winona with a long list of her supposed lovers inflated with large amounts of the usual hot air and with the usual quotation from Courtney Love (wow, there's testimony to be taken seriously). According to these never-ending lists, everyone who ever met Winona, saw Winona, or thought of Winona is counted as her intimate lover. Anyone who ever went on a casual date with her is her passion; all of her acquaintances are asserted to be her paramours, according to these deliberately scandalmongering �commentators�. Every list I've seen including the one above is maliciously inflated to make Winona look like an obsessed nymphomaniac; if people would go back and do some research they would find that most of the people named were never intimately involved with her and Winona herself has at least once denied a lot of these connections. Yet it goes on: even casual dates are turned through innuendo into passionate affairs, more tempestuous at each retelling; Winona is "seen" passionately kissing someone at party when in reality she was in another city at the time yet the press keeps repeating and adorning the fable with more and more juicy details. Enough already with man-eater lists and the stale shoplifting jokes! Winona is one of the most beautiful and talented actresses of our time, a first-order retro fashionista, and a classy, charitable lady who defends the unpopular causes of the downtrodden. She is, as her former co-star Ellen Burstyn once remarked, "a perfect rose."
