Japanese Web Suicides

Apparently Gothamist is not the only one using the web to make new friends. CNN reports that people in Japan are using the internet to meet new people who are also suicidal, and who want to have a little carbon monoxide party. Apparently the ten year long recession has been a major downer. Of course, when you kill yourself in Japan, your suicide note still has to be polite:

The note, believed to have been written by the man, was found on the table in another room. It read, in part: "I am disappointed with society." - Japan Times
